Pick her up and see if she is heavy or light. if she hardly weighs anything then it could be worms. Many people never worm their chickens and this is quite a common problem.
You can get wormer from your local vet and put it in the drinking water, but you might want to make sure that she gets a dose of it neat to start with.
If the ground you chickens are living on is enclosed then it gets stale and needs turning regularly.
I presume of course that your bird is a young bird and not an elderly chicken.
Also look at her comb, it should be bright red, if it is just pink then she needs isolating and putting somewhere quiet and alone.
If she does have something she then wont pass it onto your other chickens.
Having Avian flu or Coxy is a possibility, but unlikely, start with the most obvious, worms. Also check her legs, are they scaley? Scaley leg is a mite that can be treated.
In the end everything comes down to basic hygiene. Keep your birds quarters clean and spray the wood with creosote as that kills just about all bugs. Make sure that the feeding and drinking vessels are cleaned regularly.

There is a condition called 'July staggers'. More often seen in ducks, but it's caused by very hot weather - similar to our heat stroke. Get her into a cool place and lay a damp cloth on her to get the temp down quick. Water to drink, if she'll take it. Best of luck, but prepare for a loss here.

Don't know the answer, am a new chicken keeper. But there's a brilliant forum, practicalpoultry.co.uk - this is the home page and the forum is listed on there. Someone on that forum will know for sure.

she probably has coxcidiosis...they get it from pecking at the ground where there is chicken poop..buy some sulpher med or put some epson salt in there water and it will make them poop the bacteria out they sell i think it is sulpha liquid in feed stores and you add it to water...if it is a hen it could be egg bound try to see if you can see the egg if so sometimes you can just wiggle it out but you can put ky jelly in there and it will help her go ahead and slide it on out, or it could just be dehydrated if the temps are hot there like they are here..if so just bring her in and put her in a cage and give her some water and let her cool off....good luck
