Paris is the most romantic city that I've been to. The cobblestoned streets, the Seine River, the Louvre (castles are always romantic), the cafes, the music, the accents, the flowers (every windowsill!). The winding roads, the palatial gardens. The wine, the rich food, the coffee, the chocolates. The lingerie!
At night, you must stroll along the bridges, especially Pont Neuf in front of the gothic Notre Dame Cathedral. Perhaps an evening boat ride on the Bateau Mouche.
Paris will enhance and engage ALL your senses. It's the most senuous experience to be in love in Paris. Frenchmen say, "C'est fou." (This is crazy.)
Bermuda is palm trees, beaches, country club drinks. You can have that experience locally.

This is a joke, right?! Paris! This is a joke, right?! Paris! Nah, it's up to the both of you. Wherever you decide the experience will be the most pleasurable and memorable. Be it Bermuda, Paris, or wherever.

When my wife and I chose our honeymoon destination, we chose relaxing and tropical rather than somewhere with lots to see. Bermuda in this case. Take your first vacation of marriage to Paris.
