Well assuming your asking a serious question, It refers to the doomsday clock. The doomsday clock is a measure of how close we are to a nuclear war, the closer the clock gets to midnight the closer we are to nuclear Armageddon. Every year the society of atomic scientists unveil how close we are to midnight, and I do believe that the last time they unveiled the time it was seven minutes til midnight. Kinda scary since I think I heard that anything over ten minutes is considered real close.
