Tylenol PM has a benadryl like medication in it for the sleep aid and it can make you feel like you have a medication "hangover" which means you feel tired in spite of sleeping. This should only be used if you have pain at night such as arthritis or sprains or minor injuries. this should not be used as just a sleep aid.The tylenol also enters into the mix and its not a good thing to do its not recommended.

I take Tylenol PM every night , helps me get a good nights sleep...

I don't know the exact composition of Tylenol but its clear that it contains sedating antihistamine so that you feel sleeping or dizzy,if this bother you try to use a non sedating antihistamine
