what will u expect to say when wisher asks u but at the same time u are running to the nearest toilet? stomach-ach and thats the 5th time for the past 6 hrs!

Unless I'm at work, I decided to tell people how I really feel. And if I was about to vomit in your face, I'd say "Not too good" and run off.
Some newspaper did a survery once and found out that people lie an average of like 30times a day, mainly about the how are you thing :)

I would just say I was fine and then proceed to the bathroom with the greatest of haste. Unless I was really sick and trying to summon help!
