Most guys just want to get into the sex. It's hard for us to slow down. Some women know how to slow a guy down, so that he gets into the foreplay. Some women allow men to have sex first, and then get him into foreplay. Some women just want to get it over with.

Depends on the situation. If he's just messing around with her, then he might just get straight into the sex but if he likes her, then he'll practice foreplay before getting into the sex.
