What does it mean to have accidental sins?

if we got married, and the day after our wedding-day, the priest comes to our house to tell us that the marriage is invalid because we forgot to sign the correct papers...then the wedding-night was a huge accidental sin.
if a few months later you would sleep with my twin-brother, thinking it was me, then that's also an accidental sin.
these are sins that completely happen by accident.
i have no idea why all these christian sins are about sex, btw.
sins that nobody will ever blame you for:
If you would have Gilles de La Tourettes disease, then every curse would be an accidental sin.
there are also sins that are not your fault. but i don't know if that's an accidental sin. Examples that come to mind are: killing in self-defense, or when a teachers tell his student to write a paper on the effects of porn on society. then the student has to watch porn for research.

"Sins" are recognized as "crimes" that have been committed against whatever law that has been set by the authority that makes the rules for a certain lifestyle, religion, relationship, etc. So to commit an accidental sin, is to ignorantly (un-knowingly) commit a crime without understanding of that "law". On the other hand, if ya' know ya' did wrong, then it's denial.

I don't think there is an accidental sin but if you have a good talk with the Lord i;m sure he will forgive you. He is a very loving and forgiving God.Just ask him to forgive you , and try to be more careful next time. I know all will be well with the Lord. God Bless you.

first chris k wemon have those dreams also and its not a sin id say an accidental sin would be if you stubbed your toe and without thinking in a moment of pain you cuss or take the lords name in vain

Well thats a new one. Being that we are able to make our own decisions seems to me that we would be able to stop from making an 'accidental sin'

Sin is the absence of God. To sin by "accident" is to try to side step God's will by using excuses: it was only a white lie...god will forgive me.....this the last time Lord!

its called an omission..
an accidental sin would be something u unconsiously forgot to do
such as crossing urself when entering a church or holy building
using name in vain that stuff
n just a disgusted wow to "jay" on the rape thing u urself just claimed it to bethe woman's fault that she got raped by saying becuase she was abductedn raped she sinned cuz thats premarital sex ur sick!

If a person accidental falls, gets a cut, breaks something etc. etc. he/she may accidental, or out of habit, think and/or say some "off color" things. Sometimes our thoughts are wrong...prodigious, angry, retaliatory...just out of our nature...accidental.
