All the various sacrifices were burnt. They varied by what exactly was burnt (a bull, a goat, a lamb, grain, etc.) and how much of it.

A sin sacrifice is one in which the person confessed and then asked forgiveness for a sin. It is also a forced sacrifice for things like a woman's menstrual cycle (she needs to ask forgiveness for not having gotten pregnant that month) and other such acts of nature.

their are several different types of sacrifices described in the Bible.

a sin sacrifice was brought if a person transgressed a commandment and a sacrifice was listed as part of its restitution

as for burnt that is not a particular sacrifice but their were sacrifices that were burnt in its entire like the Olah.
