You see, there is a girl, Amanda, and I really like her a lot, and she lives around the Cincinnati, Ohio area, and I live about 1/2 hr west of Columbus, Ohio. We usually talk everynight on the phone for at least 1 1/2 hrs. And she says that she really likes me, but I haven't asked her to date me yet because of the distance between us, and I for one would try everything in my power to make it work because she is really sweet, and she doesn't care about how little good looks I have, lol. And if there is anything that you guys can tell me about making this work, ANYTHING would be helpful! And if you have any other questions that you would want me to answer feel free to ask me! Thanks to whoever helps!

well as someone who is in an LDR, and much farther than yours would be, i can tell you that it is HARD, my boyfriend lives like 6 houra away so it takes an act of congress for me to spend 12 hours with him, but i have been head over feet for him for the last 15 months, exactly 15 as of the 16th, omg as of today :)
and if you really do care for each other it is worth the extra effort that it takes to see one another.
my advice is to maintain good communication, make one another feel like you are part of eachothers lives even when you can't be directly and to cherish the time that you do get together because it can work out, at least as long as you both REALLY WANT it to.

meet halfway....you sound young so get your moms to both take you to a mall halfway. They can have coffee or split while the 2 of you two can be together most of the day.

Be HONEST when you ask...it'll pay off later.
