Yes, in many cases. Were there special situations involved. Or, were you just being careless? If so ask God;s forgiveness, and don't make it a practise. When man's law is against God's Word, that is another question. Ask your Pastor!

Yes, breaking a law of man is a sin against proper authority, unless it is manifestly unjust--like a law requiring emperor worship or one against worshiping the true God. However, your culpability is determined by the circumstances. Did you intentionally run the light or accidentally? Were you trying to accomplish some greater good--rush someone to the hospital?

If i am not mistaken it is said in the Bible in the Old Testament some where in the Law of Moses that we are to follow the laws of the land but if the laws causes us to sin that we must not follow that law.

in the Bible it is said that what is right on Earth will hold true in Heaven so i guess that it would be a sin. Though i highly doubt (i hope) that it would make you not be able to enter heaven

Jesus, Paul and Peter told us that we were supposed to obey lawful human government -- unless the government tells us to do something that would violate God's law.

Did you do it intentionally without regard to the danger you were causing to others? Yep, that's a sin.

well, i'm not sure that it's a sin...i know that God says to follow man's law (if it isn't against Him)...so although i wouldn't say it'd send you to hell or anything, it's probably not completely good to do. plus it's not safe. be careful! :)
