Some how america has started justifing it's fat by telling people they are too skinny.......B..u...l...l...S.........As long as you do not have an eating disorder....keep doing what your doing....there is a reason why super models are skinny.....because they look good skinny............this whole big butt fad is so fat chicks (the majority of the population) can fool themselves into thinking they look good.

don't stop excercising all together, it's really a healthy habit, maybe check with a fitness intsructor about the right balance of food and excercise so you are eating enough. Your metabolism may have changed and you may need to just eat more to accomodate. Try to stick to lots of fruits and veggies. Nuts have lots of healthy fats in them. It's really good that your are aware that it is possible to be too skinny. I would consult someone who really knows what they are talking about. You don't want to lose essential nutrients and especially calcium by not eating enough while you are excercising.

Don't stop exercising. It is too good for your heart. But ask your cousin what she thinks. The lower your body fat, the skinnier you look. Make doubly sure you are eating healthy and eating enough.

don't stop exercising, just increase your caloric intake 500 calories a day which will add 1 lb a week. When you get to the weight that you want and look good at, then maintain that calorie count and you will stay at the desired weight.

How plenty do you artwork out? if your doing 12 hours an afternoon, then that's a "sick dependancy". I artwork out 7 days each week for 2 hours an afternoon. as quickly as I walk out of the wellbeing center, or pool (i'm a swimmer) i've got self assurance this variety of extreme. no longer something can circulate incorrect. i'm chuffed, i'm energized, i've got self assurance solid! what's incorrect with that? could we be sitting on the bar eating beer and smoking? Or sitting around eating crap and staring at relatively undesirable television? Eff the nay sayers.

You need to eat before you work out and have something to eat with you at all times. If you feel you are loosing weight. eat something. Don't forget to drink water to keep your muscles hydrated and aid in digestion.
You need to mantain your weight.

When your body runs out of food it starts feeding on itself. You don't want to loose your muscle mass.
I was in the same boat.
We get good at loosing wieght and it is hard to get a handle on it.
Take care of yourself.
