euthenasia is the way to go.
Sounds like he's an idiot.. unfortunately it runs in the family and all of the family members should be tied in a big sack and thrown into a pond.
The other option is he should run for president, stupider people have been elected in the immediate past.

Replace the real chainsaw with a toy chainsaw, or a cardboard cut out, painted to look like one. He's stupid enough to not tell the difference. :)
