Your question is universal voice of peace loving people. Selfishness, greed,desire to have upper hand,gain control on others by force and cruel heart may be cause. Let us see what other say.

I think people in general are kind of wussy. Everyone wants to play the blame game. I swear, it's easier to suck it up, admitting your faults and then move on. Another real possibility is laziness. Discussing problems and solutions takes time and effort.
