It's really great. If you do have one in your area, I sincerely recommend it. It's a lot of fun, but they do work on public speaking techniques so that you can become a polished, articulate individual.
They will time you, point out posturing, and even "gong" you if you use the word "UMMMM" and "UHHHH" or lengthen your consonants. They'll even ding you for phrases like: "You know" or "You know what I mean" or "Like"...
