That mean you dont have the codec to play the movie. So you onlu hear the sound that usually MP3 format. You have to download codec to watch that. You acn download it here http://www.free-codecs.com/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack_download.htm
It contain almost all codec that you need to wath a movie.

You need the Xvid CODEC... you can download it here: http://www.xvidmovies.com/codec/
Install it and you'll be good to go.
