I've not actually seen one, but I can strongly feel their presence. Is there a way to actually find out if they are there to prove to myself that I'm not going completely insane with paranoia?

I believe that spirits in the form of angels and spirit guides are with us throughout our lifetimes to guide and watch over us.

Unless you can get some kind of corroboration with someone else, you're just going to have to trust your instincts. My best advice is to ask a child that you know, but in a way that won't freak them out. They're the most receptive people around with that kind of thing.
If it makes you feel any better, I can feel them, too. My dad has a party of spirits around him - mostly friends and family that have passed on. He's a walking party most of the time, and he probably doesn't even realize it.
If they make you uncomfortable, then you can acknowledge them and ask them politely to go away. They will, but sometimes they'll come back after a while.
The world is packed full of spirits that I'm really surprise more people don't realize that they're around.

So I take it you sense spirit ?
They could be you Spirit Guides or past over family members
If you really want to know go and see a Psychic or Medium
They will let you know who is with you.

It could be the Holy Spirit speaking to you. Stop long enough to listen to what they have to say to you. I can assure you that it is good news. If you want to have eternal life in heaven when you die, accept Jesus as your savior , and repent of your sins today.

My dad used to see Spirits...he told us they're everywhere...it is your own inner spirit that protects you from the bad spirits....and prayers!!!!For GOD has infinite power over all things...seen and unseen.
