yes, talk to a dr. or pharmacist. don't take tylenol pm, it's really, really bad for your liver. get a sleep aid for temporary relief & then talk to your doctor for a more long term solution.

You might need to talk to your doctor. For a lifestyle change, try yoga and meditation. Learn to control the body and mind so you can relax, sleep and do a lot of things easier.

it's called insomnia. If it is really a problem (i went for 6 months without sleep)
Try an herbal remedy called Melatonin (it helps me) or see a doctor about other methods.

reduced stress, healthy diet and exercise will increase you ability to get a good night's sleep.

Have you tried stretching or meditating? If you are having trouble sleeping and it continues for more than a few nights, you should consult a doctor. They can prescribe a sleep aid. Good Luck!

drowsing pills would be used on condition that prescribed via the physician, considering he shall examine ur age, medical circumstances and requirement of the potential of the drowsing pills... I too have been given from the physician's suggestion rather than around the counter on the medical save.. He requested me to no longer proceed after 10-20 days.. considering i might get addicted to it.. So Jus circulate to ur physician.... All would be large
