I am about 140 pounds 4'5 in 10th grade! I need to lose my fat ! I need healthy tips that won't kill me but totally help! I need to lose about 50 lbs to be healthy (what my doc said) Please help me out!

50 lbs over such a short period is unhealthy, but if you start jogging around your neighborhood, eating a healthy breakfast to start the day (it boosts your metabolism) and mabye even going to your school's weightroom (if you have one thats open over the summer) then you could easily loose alot of weight at a healthy rate.

I would suggest running either before 11am or after 6pm, and start off with shorter distances and slowly work your way up to longer and longer distances. Also if youre eating alot of unhealthy food, cut back on it, I know its hard to do but it will help in the long run. Cut your fat off your meat, limit the ammount of sugar you eat in a day, dont drink soda (I know that one's nearly impossible, but just dont drink it often).

I have a friend who started running at the start of summer last year, he weighed 280lbs. By the end of summer he was just pushing 200. If you run, you will loose weight.

Okay I understand how you feel cause I been there. For the first 2 weeks you have to cut back. Like fried foods, junk such as chips sweets etc. Eat a Salad instead of a burger and fries. Don't eat a little bowl of salad either cause in reality unless there is stuff in it...you'll be hungry 10-20 min later. Eat a big bowl that you'll enjoy but don't over do it. Drink water with everything even if it's pizza( which you shouldn't be eating during this period) but if you cheat...at least drink water no matter what. For dinner have meat with vegetables, or meat with a salad. When you do this your body will get used to it and you will feel so much better cause your cleansing your body. Do at least 20 minutes of cardio or jogging everyday and then increase the time as your body starts getting use to it. At least once every two weeks take some green tea to help you out . lol Good Luck

I can relate. I tried for one year to lose 30 pounds and could not do it. I went on a candida cleanse diet and lost my first 10 pounds already. You have to eliminate sugar and all products containing flour. That sould be a good start. And you have to walk!!! By the way, if you stress about your weight you will have a hart time losing it. concentrate on who you are and your friends. Your weight should not keep you from being happy. Get your friends involved. Stop eating at fast food places and dont consume pop or juice. Have your friends walk with you for fitness. You will have fun and probably lose some weight the fun way.

small portions do help. But the best thing I have found is a good diet and lots of exercise is great. Walking is good, but so are eliptical machines. They help to shed pounds and tone your muscles. Watch your caloric intake but do not starve yourself. That can have a reverse effect. If you do not get enough food, your body will store the fats from the food you do eat and you will end up gaining more weight instead of loosing the pounds. Just do not eat and the go right to bed. After you eat, walk or do something to keep you active to burn the fat. Good luck,.

Go on a fruit and vegetable diet. If not just make all meals healthy by eating 2/3rds fruits and vegetable, a little protein, about 1/4 carbohydrate, and drink water instead of soda etc. Exercise a lot! with the help of gym instructors and also...consult a dietitian.

Hi. You have to combine an exercise AND eating plan of 6meals a day. If you want to stay healthy, it'll take about 10months to lose 50lbs. (about 5lbs per month)

Try weight watchers. If you can, obtain the old booklet because it is just a menu-like booklet and doesn't go by points. Both my dad and brother did it, and in the first week and a half they lost twenty pounds, and each other week from 5-10. Goodluck.

Ask your doctor what exercises he would recommend for you. Then stick to it. Drink plenty of water instead of soda and eat a balanced diet. Tell your mom that you want to start eating healthy so that hopefully she will cook healthy meals.
