running 2-5 miles in the morning (with jogging and fast walking of course),then some weight lifting,at least 2 hrs of martial arts training, and thats mostly it.
the ground work i do (ju-jit-su,and the judo) is a great work out all by itself. and i do cardio kickboxing 3 times a week (about 30 mins each time)
it makes you feel so good when your workout is done. you feel like you can take the world by its balls.

Favorite is either 90 degrees and a pair of running shoes and shorts for a long run
or
15 degrees, newly fallen snow...and that absolute silence you get on an early morning in the winter.
A close second is a good bike ride or a long open water swim.
After that...weights...squash...a good climbing wall...the heavy bag...
After that....a nice sunset and a glass of wine. But just wine...not mixed with grape juice or anything....

My husband does road biking and mountain biking and loves it. I find ways to incorporate exercise into my daily routines. For instance, when doing dishes, I raise up to my toes and back down. Basically I like exercising when it doesn't seem like I'm exercising. But one of my favorite ways is hiking in the woods with my husband. Lots of great scenery and being with the one you love. Not to mention, where I live in the mountains, climbing some of those is great cardio and great for the legs.

dancing! or walking with someone else somewhere. that way i have company...and the noise of my music player isn't screaming in my ear so i can hear the noise around me. safety is key when you're a twenty something girl walking down the busy streets!

I like swimming, tennis (but I suck), and badminton.
Plainly working out is just so boring for me.
