Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

You could cut off a leg.

Just kiddin... this is not by any means the safest way to do this, but for a crunch situation, you could get some of that super dieter's tea (that gives you the runs!) or some sugar-free hard candy with maltitol (same effect), give yourself some massive diarrhea and drink at least a gallon of water a day. Eat ONLY VEGETABLES and egg whites until the event that you're trying to lose weight for. Seriously, nothing else. Egg whites and vegetables only. No soda, not even diet. Walk 45 minutes or an hour, twice a day, and lift weights if you can. You can lose about 15 pounds the first week this way, if you are hard core. Not sustainable over a long period of time, and you will almost certainly gain it all back, but this is the fastest way I know of to lose weight quickly. Lastly, and again, not the safest thing to do, but you could tan 10 minutes or so a day for several days to look even leaner.

My dr. gave me a diet that I know works. Yogurt and fruit for breakfast and lunch-any kind, any size. For supper, mixed greens with lite dressing and any type or amount of baked or broiled meat, fish, poultry. Unfortunately, I have gout and am limited on how much meat and chicken I can eat at a time, but before gout, I could eat a large steak and would if I could on this diet. I love cherries, so buy frozen sweet, dark cherries and eat the whole bag when they are defrosted with a regular size container of yogurt. It's really filling. Good luck, you'll lose the weight, too. The salad can be as large as you like, too. I usually just cut up chicken and made a chicken ceaser-ok I cheated with the parmesan cheese and still lost weight. Drink the usual 8 full glasses of water too-that is most important with any diet.

Three words: South Beach Diet.

It's simple, quick AND healthy! The rules are easy: for two weeks avoid processed, sugary, and starchy foods. This means no bread, no white flour, no potatoes, no rice. No alcoholic beverages. Aim for low fat, low carb (sugar) foods. Now, the good news is that you can eat as much as you want, and you're allowed to eat unsaturated "good" fats that are high in omega fatty acids (eggs, fish, nuts, flax seeds, tofu, canola oil, olive oil, etc.). Your job is to eat if you are hungry. In fact you MUST eat regularly throughout the day to maintain an even blood sugar level. Binge eating causes your blood sugar/insulin levels to spike and dip drastically. Very bad for you.
More good news: you can eat REAL food, not the diet crap. In fact, avoid anything that is "light", because they've just replaced the fat with sugar or salt. Eat protein and veggies. Lots of salad with oil & vinegar types of dressing. Eat tons of salmon (mmm...planked salmon...). Snack on things like nuts and seeds. Just pay attention to the sugar content of what you're eating. You can have diet soda

Follow this faithfully and you will start losing weight within a few days. Over the two week period, you lose about 8-10 lbs. It's a bit tough, but works wonderfully if you can make yourself stick to it. Check the website for more detail about the second and third phases of the plan. Good luck!

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

Bet on the Chicago Cubs, oh, you mean pounds. (not English pounds which is money, but weight) I would go to a health food store and get a herbal diet tea (try not to lose the weight too rapidly, unless absolutely necessary!

Phase one of the atkins diet. I lost exactly ten pounds in seven days, and in three more weeks I lost another ten.
You'll gain it back once you're off it, but if you are just trying to look good in a dress or something then I'd recommend it.
