I love Mexican food! I could eat it every day! I love Guacomole! I love Chicken fajitas, chips and salsa and cheese quesadillas. Ok, now I'm hungry!

Hello Alison, My favorite is Italian. I had a liking for spaghetti and sauce ever since I can remember but when I got in my high school years I worked at an Italian restaurant and I learned "the way" from the chef. He taught me how to make the sauces and I had a lot of responsibility in the prepping of things. Mind you I was 17 at the time and I was cooking 240 lbs of spaghetti a day plus 60 lbs of meatballs 72 salads which included doing up the lettuce, the red cabbage, the green peppers, the cheeses, the ham and the onions. Then there were the 4 pans of Lasagna every day and the pans were not small. they were at least 4"deep 2' wide and 3' long. Then there were the bread crumbs and the raviolis and the sausages, and the salad bar preps. I could go on but its my favorite food including pizza. I can hand slap them or spin them and the way I make a sauce, I can go either way with it and use it for noodles or for pizza. All I need to do is a fer changes and its ready for pizza. Over all Italian is my favorite.Oh I forgot the fettuchini Alfredo and the chicken oreganada and the chicken involtini. The veal scampi, the cannelloni, Now I am getting hungry. Have a good tomorrow.
