As time passes, medication methods are slowly but steadily advancing and what we could once term as sure shot death, may not hold true any more. The doctors are learning more and more about the illness everyday and even the treatment is getting excat and pinpointing. This has led to some cancers which would have been termed as terminal are now curable.

You cant really tell because an unkown number of people has survived cancer without cancer ever being diagnosed.

died, 10 years ago we didn't have much to go on so more people died, but recently a lot more are surviving but not as much as needed to surpass the large amounts that died 7-10 years ago.

well this is a bit of a trick question as allthough more people now survive there are far more being diognosed with cancer than 10years ago
