XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Being upset because someone forgot your birthday understandable. We are all human and make human mistakes. I have been with my husband 13 years and we were so busy the week of our 13th anniversary that we both forgot about it. I was disappointed in myself and with him but I didn't let it ruin our relationship or for that fact, ruin the moment. Don't let this ruin a good relationship. People make mistakes. I know you have also. Haven't you missed someones birthday or forgot a special occasion? Be a man about it and don't let tomorrow slip away from you continuing your friendship. It's ok for you to remind her that she forgot. Don't give her the cold shoulder. Good luck hun and Happpppy Belated Birrrrthdayyyy to youuuuuu. Happpyyyy Belateddddd Birthdayyyy to youuuuuuuuu. Happy Belateddd Birthdayyyyyy dear whatever your name is , ohhhh Big Baby Sweetsssss, Happppy Belated Birthdayyyyy to you. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

There could be many reasons why they didn't call you. If you are their friend give them the benefit of the doubt rather than get upset over something that might be perfectly innocent. In some ways it us understandable to be upset which stems from being hurt, but if you aren't a child you should be able to take it in stride.

2 weeks is not enough time to know someone but yes it would be a little hurtful only because we are all sensitive on our birthdays. In 2 weeks she probably forgot. I have a very bad memory so I know I would have forgotten. More than likely anyway. Just say to her"yeah (friends name) tried to get me to go (place) on my birthday but I wasn't feeling well." <----------Example of course.
I hope everything works out and good luck!
P.S. don't be to hard on him/her it's only 2 weeks.

I think that it was an honest mistake. You've only been talking for two weeks, the person prolly forgot. Casually mention that it was your birthday and I'm sure they'll explain what happened.

Yes that would bother me a little but if its only been 2 weeks since you met him he could have honestley forgot. So maby you should give him another chance to get to know the person before passing judgement just yet, give it a little time to find out his personality and what he's about then make your decision.

I would be upset, but I wouldn't stop speaking to them. In fact, I would probably joke about it. You should probably talk to them about it and see what's going on, maybe they just truly forgot.

yes you should be mad but no cold shoulder that would push them even further away. Just tell them what they did and that has made you mad.
