Yes, the Bible is true, but Israel will not rule the world. Daniel chapters 7 and 8 indicate that there would be only 4 nations that would rule the world. They were Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome, but after that, there would not be another world-wide ruler until Jesus returns. Other nations and the Papacy have tried to conquer the world but they failed because the word of God can not fail.
Israel was given 490 years to put an end to its idolatry and to receive the Messiah. It continued in sin and idolatry and rejected the Messiah when he walked on this earth. Since Israel failed to do this and rejected Jesus, God rejected rejected Israel and sent the gospel to the gentiles.

Israel has never ruled the world and will never be because they lack the number. It is obvious that Americans are backing Israel for their survival in the middle east or else they should have been a history by this time. The survival of Jews are a must for both Christians and Muslims but unfortunately Muslims are ignorant of that fact.

Though things get extremely difficult and painful, God promised He would sustain His people Israel and never brake the covenant from Mt. Sinai.
(Deuteronomy 5, Chronicles 1 , Nehemiah 1, Psalm 111, Isaiah 2, etc.)
And God said he would bless the nations that bless Israel, and curse those who curse Israel. (Genesis 12).
Not sure about "Israel ruling the world"
But the Hebrew Bible talks about a time when God gathers the Jews back to the land of Israel, and then folks from all nations coming to learn from Jews spiritually. (Zechariah 8)

You are right. The Bible is THE LIVING WORD OF GOD... living...
Things have been coming true since it was written.
Israel is God's chosen Land, as the Jews are his chosen people. Israel will not be taken. i do however think their current leader is power hungry and maybe crazy, but who's to say.
America's biggest mistake that they can ever make and probably will make, will be declaring Israel an enemy or non-ally.

Israel is not going to rule anything. what they will do is survive as a people irregardless of who may be friend or foe. as for the bible coming to life, i cannot accept that. what was prophesied will occur, but how is another matter. I take genesis and revelation together and see what can be, not what some says it will be.

I don't think any country that is in flaming shambles will be ruling the world any time soon. A lot of stupid things were written long ago. It was written only 100 years ago that heroin was a great cough medicine.

the jews are supposed to be a 'light' unto the nations. when they unite under G-d as one people, the temple will be rebuilt and all nations will servce G-d, and will also visit jerusalem the holy capital of the holy land (which G-d gave to the jews).
so my answer is: not rule but be an example of morality, justice etc.
