I'm having a vacation. Because I've been lazy and eaten a lot, my stomach got bigger again. I have about a month to stay at home for 24 hours. What is the best way to reduce my stomach size in a month(also weight). Also, I have a machine called Cardio Cruiser. Would that be good enough?

joggin' dont run. then take a juice after that. then eat as u like. this will definitely prove for ur reduce in size.

You should eat 3 or 4 times a day just like SO much and then look up ways to reduce stomake by doing workiouts

1. Exercise; jogging about everyday, the distance is according to your body level.
2. Drink a lot of water, but not in bulk type.
3. take less oily food, avoid any jung food, McD or BurgerKing.
4. Take rest (8 hour of sleeping will help you to recover your energy and you are ready for next day exercise).
5. Dont' avoid your breakfast, lunch, dinner, but i mean in average quantity will make just nice.
6. If you feel not comfort during the exercise, slow down the process. May be your body can not take the shock.
9. Always feel positive of your body shape. Dont always blame that your body is not attacative as others. You may have your own way.
10. Not forget god. Be nice everyone others; you will feel great about yourself.
11. Always think that none will come easily, you have to work for it.


I have doing this for long time and i feel great about myself.

dont do machines do chrunches sits up cardio push ups. But mis conception is you have to jog or run for cardio but you can walk its just as effective so if you want something alot easy on the knees and ankles walk.

Stop eating so much! Actually just stop eating 3 big meals and whatever snacking you are doing in between them. Instead eat many small meals a day.
