where can i find and buy some dumbbells for low prices???

Walmart and other discount stores. You might be able to get some floor samples at gym store places. Not sure though, but I think Walmart has some that aren't that expensive.
You can also use cans (full cans) like for spagetti sauce, even sacs of sugar, frozen water in milk jugs, ect. As long as they are the same amounts it should be alright.

walmart has many different size and weights of dumbells and they are not to high... and they have them in a variety of colors too... but i think walmart would be the cheapest place where you can find them new... but you some times find them at garage sales and thrift stores too....but you will be lucky... sometimes people just get tired of exercising though and sell there dumbells, and other exercise equipment

check the newspaper. People are always selling fitness equipment they never used. Or there is always wal-mart
