My son is even pickier than you are. He had to buy his lunch. He would eat pizza, chips, hot dogs or tacos, but not really anything else.

I would suggest that you eat a large breakfast, and then take fruit and what ever else you might like that doesn't need to be refridgerated, (cookies, snack cakes, chips, peanut butter sandwich with no jelly, etc.). Then when you get home from school have a meal. If you eat early enough, you will still be hungry for dinner.

He did this for years and so far it has not hurt him. He is 18 now.

sounds to me like u need to buy from your caf. as much as possible--get a menu each month and circle the days you like the food and could buy it. on other days, have hot soup in a thermos or other things you could store in vacuum sealed bowl or cup! the best thing MIGHT be to expand your tastes but, as i am married to a picky pants, i know that will probably not happen!!! :) lol

bring a salad, or a bowl of fruit. you can eat crackers too. if you eat a light lunch you won't be as sluggish as a full meal would make you. a cold pasta salad is yummy...making me hungry right now.

Stop being a picky eater, and you wouldn't have this problem.
