yes. You can,
1. Exercise; jogging about everyday, the distance is according to your body level.
2. Drink a lot of water, but not in bulk type.
3. take less oily food, avoid any jung food, McD or BurgerKing.
4. Take rest (8 hour of sleeping will help you to recover your energy and you are ready for next day exercise).
5. Dont' avoid your breakfast, lunch, dinner, but i mean in average quantity will make just nice.
6. If you feel not comfort during the exercise, slow down the process. May be your body can not take the shock.
9. Always feel positive of your body shape. Dont always blame that your body is not attacative as others. You may have your own way.
10. Not forget god. Be nice everyone others; you will feel great about yourself.
11. Always think that none will come easily, you have to work for it.


I have doing this for long time and i feel great about myself.

10 Pounds seem impossible, but you can try. Here's how:

Eat no meat at all; Proteins are good for losing weight, and body building. But on short terms, this is insanely difficult.

Eat no carbohydrate; No bread, no rice, no pasta, no potatoes, no carbs. Any of this and you will gain weight.

Drink lots of water.

Sleep well.

Do not eat after 6:45.

Eat sour stuff, especially citrus, such as oranges, grapefruit, etc.

Excercise. Run 2 - 5 kilo's (1 - 2.5 miles a day)

If you do lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks it will be mostly water weight. You look different but it will come right back on. But if you just want to fit in something for the night then increase protein and lean fat and cut out carbs except for fruits and veg. No alcohol. Metamucil to keep things moving. Stairmaster 5 days a week and light weights 3 days a week. Drink mostly water and green tea.

The only thing that you could lose that quickly would be water weight. If you are 30 or more pounds overweight, it might be possible to lose that much water weight. If you read up on what doctors have said about dieting, you will find out that whenever anyone first starts a diet they will lose mostly water weight. So, unless you are more than 30 pounds overweight, I don't think it can be done.

Well, when I feel like a fat a**, I just eat rice. I eat rice(plain), when I am hungry and stop when I am full. Remember to drink lots of water or herbal tea( I hate plain water). Exercise is essential. Take a multivitamin too. Not to be done all the time as it really isn't great for you.

try going on a fruit diet and exercise alot say if u have dogs walk them and exercize them
