I want to be really skinny, you know like almost...anorexic looking. Is there a way to like cut WAY back on food, and barely eat without anyone noticing, and without starving?! Please, only answer seriously. Not Looking for critisism. Must Be skinny!!!!

First off I don't want to promote the desire to be sickly skinny. There are healthy ways to be super skinny. I know because I am and I don't have any health problems relating to my weight. I want to give you a few sites to help you on your path to thinness. But first I want to make it clear that starvation isn't the way to go. You must eat to not endanger yourself, to stay young looking, and to be able to workout (which is very important). Eat only vegetables and fruits, and a peice of dark chocolate (for extra glow in the skin) everyday except for Sunday. On Sunday eat whole grain carbs, healthy high protien choices (eg. salmon, shrimp, egg whites etc...) and a guilt free sweet. I personally eat sugar-free popsicles (15 cals each) and don't forget to keep with the vegetables and fruits, and peice of dark chocholate program. Workout 3 times a week with a 30 minute cardio and 30 minute strength training. This should keep you slim and trim. If you find that eating the options above are too limited, don't be tempted to eat low-cal foods that do nothing to keep you healthy. Now for the sites.

these are helpful websites that provide thinspiration. Don't follow any of the advice, just take a look at the thinspiration pictures to get an idea on how you want to look. Mind you, many of the photos are photoshop to hell, and disgusting, so only look at the pictures that relate to your future image.

Not only will your body look great, but so will your skin so follow this advice and you will be sure to be thin in the healthiest way possible, with glowing skin.

but remeber this is a choice, and no one else can make it for you. and if you are anorexic you are in endanger. Heart failure and liver damage are possible. Get help if you want an eating disorder. Don't Most guys and girls like girls with some Curves, excercise and rational dieting are the only healthy ways to lose weight. Anorexia has be proven to cause heart failure, see Karen Carpenter, look at her story. Even when she was skinny as a rail, she wasn't happy and felt she needed to lose more weight, she eventually died of heartfailure. I know you may think that you would only be anorexic until you are happy with your body, but once you start it, it becomes an addiction. By the way my sister has been in a vegetative state for three years, since she was 18 because she had bulimia, which has the same affects as anorexia, she had a massive heart attack, and is never expected to recover.

Beauty isn't based on how skinny you are its how nice you are to people if you want to look nice you could always just do your makeup and hair really nice I swear if you take care of yourself you will be beautiful you don't need to be skinny for that to happen please follow my advise

Trust me, I've been anorexic since I was little and it's nothing to aspire to. It destroys everything and you'll never feel thin enough anyway. And eventually everyone will notice and it will not be in a good way. And really nobody finds that body type attractive, definitely not most guys. So if I were you I don't know what you look like now but not changing anything about your food (maybe increase protein and fat and decrease flour and sugar, maybe, if you're not still growing or in puberty)and just jog a couple miles a week or just tone up with a little cardio and light weights. Really though there is no super skinny. Because when you get there you don't even realize you're there and everything in your life takes a backseat to going farther.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Don't worry about trying to be super skinny. Eat healthy and exercise and you will feel good about yourself. Some of us are not built to be super skinny... I am one of those girls.

ok, um, pretend you have already eaten, you feel stomach sick, you are still full, then excerisze like me, on excersize bike for 3 hours a day, go swimming for 2 hours or more and go 4 a walk 4 1 hour, all in a day if u have time. also constantly drink water so you digest quickly of anything. thats what i did and good luck, ok?
and keep thinking about slim celebrities so you will be constantly motivated.

start eating real food for nutrition. once your body is nutritioned, it will be satieted.

lots of filtered water - your body will adjust.

exercise helps to bring down the appetite and bring energy levels up.

snack on fruit bn meals.

do not eat after 7 p.m.

go to bed at 10 pm - this is real important - otherwise sugar cravings start.

you will loose weight and it will never come back because slow change is permanent change.
