You have to get someone to professionally seal it up. If you do it yourself you will be looking for rattles until the day you die.

Get a Dynamat Trunk Kit. Its expensive at retail stores like best buy, but i found a few websites online where you can get a kit for around $70-$80. I used to have the same problem with my trunk. I am running two 12" Pioneer subs with a 1500w amp and my trunk used to rattle bad. I got some Dynamat and now the only thing that rattles is my rear view. Good Luck!

dynamat also a cheaper method get some of that expanding foam in a can that you use to seal cracks around the house and spray it in the holes of the trunk lid where the raise parts are you can also do this under your hood and if you take the door panels off there might be a few spots there too. If you saw the ford commercial where they had the guy tap the frame with a hammer then do it again after they put it through the blast furnace and the foam expanded inside it is the same thing. Just make sure to cut or sand them down even with the metal and paint them the same color as your car or it will look tacky as hell

Even a small amount of damping material can have a profound effect on noise reduction. In a typical application, applying damping material to the doors of your vehicle can reduce road noise up to 6 dB! This is a huge reduction in noise. Complete coverage for an average vehicle can reduce road noise as much as 18 dB!

You can apply damping material in patches (25-50% area coverage) to keep a specific panel from resonating, or you can apply it over an entire area (such as the floor, doors, or trunk) to create a sound barrier and thermal insulator.

First, turn down your volume, you probably have it too high.
Second, you need a box for the subs that are secure and built with solid materials. The subs must be mounted securely.
