You want a software to help you get the motion of a clip going in the reverse sequence, and then recorded in the edited version for insertion in another series of sequences, don't you?

That's got nothing to do with the codec [compression decompression software] like avi, mpeg or wmv. That's something you'd find as an option in an Editing Program.

Sorry, Video Editing Programs, used only by professionals and being a niche market, are not free at all! In fact, they are all very pricey.
