Well I have some that nobody has said yet. And I will not go camping with out these. I had some on my list that had already been said so I will not repeat them, but here is some that to me are very important:

shovel-never know when you need to shovel dirt, like put the fire out, or to dig a hole.

Axe-to chop fire wood if none is around or to big to bring to the camp site.

ropes-to hang up wet towels or swim suites or anything wet and maybe even hang lantern on.

clothes pins-to keep clothes and such on the line.

lighter fluid-gives the camp fire a boost if it is a bit green or a little damp.

games-bad-mitten(?), horse shoes,etc.

life jackets-well never know about this with little ones in the water, better safe than sorry.

water toys & floaters

Well I hope some of these helps you out. And have a very fun and safe trip!!!!!!!!

bug spray, sunscreen, the usual.

I have a three year old and we go camping all the time. So, I make sure that she ehas something to keep her entertained (this would also go for the older children). Make sure the campsite has a playground and that you bring life jackets for swimming and/or boating.

There are books on camping with kids that can provide you with activiities to do during the day and around the campfire at night. Go to your local library, Barnes and Noble, Walden Books, etc. and check them out.

toilet/tissue paper, food, dishes/silverware, bug spray, tents, sleeping bags, change of clothes, washcloths & towels, bottled water for drinking or washing up,soap , matches for lighting a campfire. Perhaps a metal cooking rack to cook or warm food up on the fire, a cooler with ice and cold stuff. Dont forget the marshmallows! Maybe bring fishing poles, tackle and fish bait for fishing. Good walking shoes for all or hiking shoes.Flashlights, portable clock or watch for time, maybe even a portable radio. Extra batteries.

You have got all the answers and may be too many answers to your query but i don't know about the gender of your children as you have not mentioned about them...so if they're male/female siblings be mindful of separating them from each other when they sleep...for sure u will have a peace of mind...tks...
