cold water, aloe vera also.
If it blisters/opens just go to the Dr or chemist to get some antispetic cream specifically for burns.

Use plain aloe. If you have an aloe plant even better, but you can get plain aloe at the pharmacy.
Also ice it.
Do not use antibiotic ointments or cover the area, leave it open to the air.
There is a medication called silvadine but it is by prescription. If the burn is from the exhaust pipe, I suggest a Dr to get Silvadine.
Never use neosporin on anything as it is the most common antibiotic ointment that causes reactions.

Aloe. Most health food stores have aleo vera juice instead of the gel. Wash the burn with this. If you can find pure essential oils of lavender (not that perfume crap) add a few drops to the aloe juice. Lavender helps prevent scar tissue and also is an antiseptic/antibiotic. The combination will help sooth the burn and help it heal better so it doesn't scar as bad.

That condition is caused by too much exposure to the dangerous rays emitted by some computers. You need to cut back before the damage is permanent.

DO NOT ice it. Wash it, though it may hurt, with soapy water. You can soak it in cool water to soothe it then pat dry, use bacitracin or neosporin, and cover with a bandade (if it's small enough) or sterile gauze.
