So the begening of the new school year is coming in Augest. And I really want to lose weight...
Does anyone have any addvice on how to lose weight? like what food is the best to eat, and the food to not eat. And is it true that eating grapefruit really helps you lose weight??? So yeah I just need to know what are the best ecsersizes and the best food to eat.

Everyone tries to make it complicated, but it's really not. Don't listen to fad dieting or anything. Not a protein diet, or a zero-carb diet... it's all crap!

The way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. That's it! So just start exercising a little more, or cut something out of your diet that you normally eat.

If you WANT to restructure your whole diet and eat foods with less calories, then go right ahead, but most people cannot stick to that without going nuts. In reality, you can lose weight eating the same foods you eat now - you just need to eat LESS of them per day than you normally do, and/or exercise more often.

Just eat right. Not a lot of sugary stuff. Candy, soda, stuff like that. my friend stopped eating chocolate and drinking sodas and she dropped 20 pounds. Eat lots of fruit and veggies, and always eat some protein. Humans need protein, and stay away from simple carbs, e. g. white bread, pastas. Eat whole wheat breads and cereals. Exercise when you diet. I know it is boring for most of us, but exercise is great. Dancing is a great form of exercise. Best of luck.

well what i been doin so far is eating right, and way better than i use to all you have to do is cut out red meat, fats , sugars and ect.
but if you like dancing thats good for exercise, just put on your fav song and start dancing thats what i do

well i dont kno about grapefruit..but puttin sliced lemons in your water curbs your appetite. you can also cut down your food portions....cut out friend foods and also watch your carbs...oh and drinks lots of fluids like water ..maybe vitamin water too....lay off the sodas and milkshakes and stuff
