He can't do that rock trick. He's getting a little annoyed by that joke and He wishes people would stop spreading it. Bad enough He has to deal with it from His disgruntled ex-employee.

According to Saint Anselm, there are certian things God cannot do. Essentially, they all involve logical contradictions. For example, God cannot create something more powerful than himself, since He is omnipotent. He can never be surprised because he is omnicient, yet this implies that we either do not have free will or that God already knows the choices we will make. Essentially, God can do anything that does not involve a logical contradiction, even God cannot break the rules of logical reasoning.

I think that God can not disappear for human mind. He can't stop existing. If the human race will disappear, then, I think, He will disappear also. And that because His "origins" are the human mind and soul.

there is obviously a lot of things "god" can not do. most of them involve invoking some sort of descency in people and making his prescence felt beyond a book compiled by a** holes that wanted you to read what they felt was right....
