Labadee is one of Haiti's best beaches, and it's not a private island.But there is nothing really to see, apart from sand and sea
If You like History , maybe your Cruise ship can organise a day trip to the Citadelle , which is probably one hour from the beach.
The Citadelle, is protected by Unesco.and is built on top of a mountain. To reach the top you need to go up by horse.
The Citadelle was commisioned by King Christophe , a former slave.Or you can vist Cap Haitian, which is probably 30 minutes from the beach , an Historical town

Labadee is the private part of the island owned by Royal Caribbean. Mostly beach. Sunning and getting served drinks is all I did there. The shore excursions offered on RCCL .com are the extent of what there is to do there.
