get a squirt bottle of water and squirt them when they get on it. Second put some tape, sticky side up on it and when they hop on they won't like it and usually won't do it again

i say use a water bottle but hey ive been doing that with mine and it aint working, i have to keep the bathroom trash on top of the toleit so they cant knock that down (who wonts to pick that back up) as far as the counters im still figuring that out..

I use to work at a vet clinic that sold pet food, in order to keep the clinics free roaming pet cats out of the food at night they had a product called scat matt. It depends on you if you prefer this method of keeping cats off the counters. It will give kitty a small jolt when he or she jumps on the counter. I was cleaning one day and leaned on it, its not bad, but enough to keep them off.

to keep them off the counters is every time they do it just like set them on the floor and tell them no or shoo them and the same wit the trash prob

ive heardf if you loop sticky tape on the counters so the sticky part is up the cats dont like it and soon learn to keep off.
