If it's your car, then you file on your insurance. Anyone who has your permission to drive your car is covered. If they didn't have permission, then you would have to file a stolen vehicle report with the police in order to get out of it.
Eventually, depending on amount of damage, your insurance carrier will try to get money out of his insurance, but it's highly unlikely that they will succeed.
Good Luck!

The answer is you call your insurance company to report your physical damage as well as the accident. He "should" call his insurance carrier as well, but your insurance company MAY call his insurance carrier to let them know IF you do not have enough coverage/limits issues/liability issues etc. Once they do that his carrier may be wondering why he didn't give them a call. Again I say MAY.
If your friend was the cause of the accident and damaged the property of someone else (shrubs/house/car) then your insurance company will likely call them if you have low limits or state minimum coverage just to let them know they MAY have a possible exposure. If your friend was at fault and injured someone then that is a different story and you should definitely have called the police to make sure there was a report so the injuries could have been documented correctly and by a third party.
Your answer really depends on which state you live in. Typically the owner of the vehicle is primarily responsible.
Anyway, hope it helps.

Your insurance Co. fixes your car and collects from your friend. In which your friend files with his insurance co to pay your insurance co. back for the repairs.
If you read what to do when there is an accident on any insurance policy you will find the first thing you do is file with YOUR insurance co. Don't mess with theirs because you will be taken to the cleaners. You pay your insurance co. to take care of you. Trying to file using someone else's insurance could take a couple of trips through court. They (their insurance co) will tell you right up front that you gave him/her the keys so it is your responsibility.
One other thing being you are asking this and the fact you let your freind drive you car. I would say you are male and under 40 years old. When you file, it will be turned in to the DMV and be on your record if you wrecked it or not. Your insurance will double or you will be dropped. You are a big risk to start with because of your age and then the fact that you let someone outside of your family drive your car shows you do not have good judgement.
If the damage is not so bad that you can't drive it I would say to try to get the money from your freind and if not get rid of the fake freind. Don't file unless you have to.

The problems is not the driver who involved in an accident, to be blame for the mishap, but how to proof who's right or wrong, the best solutions , just try to recover own losses- individually, with own Insurance company

Insurance follows the vehicle. However, depending on the accident and how often he drives - the adjuster may deny the claim.

You call your insurance. When you give them the details, they will contact his insurance. If he was at fault, his insurance must pay. And if either he does not have insurance ot he was not allowed to drive your car, you're screwed.
