i really dont wanna buy the tape

Well, you can do your own exercise plan...But you can also go to the library. I did it. But, you may get a wierd look from the clerks. But ignore them. You can renew it so you can keep it longer, and you can reserve it, so when you return it, you can get it back again.

Best to use a floor mat. Have done them before. If not it is simple .. there are diffeent ways to do them. But the tape I have used you do them on the floor. Sit with legs crossed. Close you eyes, and think of the ocean, calm/ Then you can start. Laying down bending one leg toward you left then right. then pull both back toward you .About 5 times each you do these things. then lift each..leg straight like ridiing a bike,moving. When doing all differennt exceres , take long breaths. Do some sit-ups...lay flat on your mat lift your head turn left to right ,then lift it straight up few times..do anything you can think of.. But the long breaths are one of the most important. i lost over 40 lbs. good luck. Also look it up on computor...Pem

I f you have on Demand with your cable company check the fitness guide i think they have a few pilates workoutrs there . get a blank tape and record it. they also change up the workouts so you can have a complete routine for every day almost.

I know from experience that you can do it on the internet. It doesn't cost anything or you can go to your library. They usually carry those kinds of tapes

take a class . get a book ...visit this sight it has some moves

If you go to Barnes & Noble, they have plenty of books on it.
