Seriously, I need some suggestions for this. I wear a sports bra but as a full breasted woman they still are bouncing around. Any ideas?

Try wearing 2 sports bras. If that doesnt work, look for one with a high compression rating. Try Nike or Under Armour. I run track, a few of my friends have this problem.

I USE to be VERY well busted before I got them reduced so I feel your frustration... You could always for one.. buy the brand named bras that have the comfort straps... they aren't as pretty as the ones we would like.. but the have the better support... "just my size" is good... pricey if you don't mind spending $30 bucks.. those bras would last me a few months before having to get a new one because it has worn.. (Oh man... I remember that...)

once you get a good good bra wear it under your sports bra... shop around for a good sports bra.. the best places to find those are Athletic store... again pricey but it works...

and if you want the extreme... you could use duck tape... ye it sounds harsh but it works I've seen it done and well... all I have to say was her breast didn't move and inch...

OR like me... gt them reduced... I didn't go too far but enough.. I'm down to a very nice comfy C cup now... lol kinda makes you wonder what I wore doesn't it? lol

wow.. I remember those times my face didn't feel so good the next day... ROFL!!

anyway... hope I helped

it's probably better not to jog, try speed walking. seriously. and sports bras differ, look for the kind for well-endowed women and check the fit carefully...you almost want a binder. lots of physicians recommend low-impact types of cardio, so maybe jogging just isn''t your best choice.

Search online for a brand that sells supportive sports bras for larger sized women... if you can't find anything, try wearing 2. It'll be tight, but that should hold them in there. :)

I jog with my arms close to my body so they don't bounce.

I'm sure you can find a man to run with you while holding them steady

Be proud of them. Let them bounce.

try knee wraps that weight lifters use.....wrap them around you. Only thing is, do you really want to restrict yourself like that.
