The governments of all countries should put their hands up and tell the terrorists that they have won. Withdraw from the theatre completely, politically, physically and emotionally. I'm a fighter, but there are times when to fight would cause too much hardship for others and I choose the Gandhi way to save them from harm, it's hard, but it sometimes works. Walking away from a fight takes more strength, intellectually and physically. If it don't work, then the noisy minoritys should shut the Donald Duck up and let the professionals kick butt to the bitter end.

And anybody who has actually been following events over there buys this explanation also.

The fact of the matter is that Lebanon cannot claim to be neutral or claim any protections because they knowingly allowed attacks on Israel to be launched from their soil. This makes them a party to the conflict - and responsible for the consequences.

Nope, its valid self-defense.

All the innocent casualties are an unfortunate side effect of the war Lebanon and Hezbollah has brought upon themselves. The civilian casualties are further increased because as we all know terrorists use the innocent populace as a shield.

Hezbollah - terrorists, aggressors, backed by Syria and Iran. This conflict is 100% their responsibility.

No, I think that they are completely justified.
Hey speed777, I have a bunch of frequent flyer miles that I will GLADLY donate to purchase you a ticket under two conditions:
1) It's a one way ticket to any Middle Eastern country (The peace loving people of the region should welcome you with open arms).
2) You surrender your American passport and renounce your citizenship at the American consulate as soon as you arrive.
We don't want you back. Take uberknowing with you please. He can't seem to resist blaming Bush for this too. I have nutsedge in my lawn that I can't seem to get rid of, maybe that's part of this vast right wing conspiracy too.

I think Israel is exactly right. If you are attacked, you strike back twice as fast, twice as hard, and for twice as long. At least. Lebanon has had it coming for years. Also, there are terrorist hideouts in Lebanon.
