She did make the transition called "death" at the end of her life as mother of Jesus - at which point she took her ascension.
Since then she has been assisting the earth in her office as Divine Mother for the earth.
In the last century Mother Mary has spoken through many messengers, most notably in Lourdes, Fatima and Medjugorje. In this capacity, she has been calling the faithful to lead spiritual lives and has also given dire prophecies for mankind if they fail to turn back to God.
Outside of the traditional Christian doctrine, she has also given more advanced teachings on the spiritual path and the abundant life for those who are open to them.

Since she's not walking around today, presumably yes. Unfortunately nobody seems to have thought it important to mark where she was buried; which isn't surprising, since there's no clear consensus on where Jesus was buried. After the Resurrection, there is no official (or should I say, no officially accepted) record of the Further Adventures of Mary & Joseph.

Yes, Blessed Mary did die because she was human and she was then assumed into heaven by her son Jesus, body and soul and crowned Queen of Heaven by Jesus Himself.

Yes. She was a very special woman, of course, but she WAS just a regular human being. She died, but from what the Bible says, it appears that she lived to a ripe old age.

Well, unless she's kicking around as a 2000+ year old woman somewhere, I would assume so.
Mary has LEFT the building!
