Share your opionion on whether you think the government should send illegal immigrants back to their original countries or if they should stay. I think they should all be sent back because what they're doing is ILLEGAL.

I'm with you on that one, we either have laws, or we don't, it's time to get law enforcement on the job, if they're not up to the job, they need to start sending out letters and deputizing people...city/state governments need to empower their people to get this one taken care of...stop playing with their food....

We ARE a nation of immigrants. This land was taken by force from the Native Americans by Europeans who were alien to the New World.
The only reason the people crossing the border today are considered 'illegal' is because the new 'Americans' wrote the law after 'stealing the land from the Native Americans,' and in some cases, from the Mexicans.
We would do better to be concerned with issues of terrorists who arrive here with passports and visas with our own government's knowledge and blessing and learn to fly 747s at our own expense.

I agree with you, but I wish this is that simple.
It is true, illegal aliens are here illegally - which is against the law - which makes them criminals. Which makes them unsuitable to be considered as a contributing member of the society. As they have a right under United States law to be treated equally and fairly, they should be subject to the law of the land - which basically says they should face the punishment just as we do for breaking the laws. In their cases, the punishment includes deportation.
Unfortunate thing is, we, Americans created this society where we pretty much depend on undocumented and lowly paid workers to sustain the commerce and the pricing to go with our goods.
I think, it is WE that have to make a tough decision - whether to accommodate such illegal labor for cheaper goods, or be willing to pay for our goods the fair price - the one that is possible with legal workers.

My feeling is that America's #1 priority should be border security -- we need to prevent more illegal immigrants from entering the country, and then we'll be in a much better position to figure out what to do with the ones already in the country.
However, I do feel that any illegal immigrant convicted of a felony while here in the U.S. should be deported. If we can't (or don't want to) get rid of all illegal immigrants, let's at least get rid of the ones who are committing serious crimes here.

Yes all the ILLEGAL undocumented trespassing immigrants should be sent back where they came from. Where they can go through the proper channel's to come here legally if they are eligible. ummm you know illegals (most of them) come to this country because they just cant support their families..so for that kind of people i think they should be allowed to work
but then again there is this other part of immigrants that bring crime to this society.. i think they should be the ones to be sent back...
