No. God is eternal and unchanging. This universe will pass away eventually, but God will still be God.

Yes, we do see God changing through the course of the Scriptures.
A form of theology holds that God does indeed change as the world emerges in new forms, constantly renewing.
Many people believe that God is unchangeable; however, this understanding is not really biblical, as we can locate a number of places in scripture that depict a changing God.

Not according to the Bible, He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.Of course there are two testaments and three time lines. The time of the Father, The Son and of the holy spirit. We are also behaving as he said we would. We are changing, He is steadfast.
It is also written that no man seeks God but God in his mercy puts it in the mind of who he will to look for him.
You were correct in your statement. God had become man many times.
Seek him through his word, He is there.
Good luck,
Three Rivers

I'm not sure if God has changed or if our perception has. The Christian Old Testament writings had so much violence and seemed so full of rules (so many that it seems like it would be impossible to be fully compliant).
In the New Testament writings, it seems like kindness and justice toward others were sometimes more important than the "letter of the law."

Yes, I do. Sorry, I don't consider myself a Christian as I don't follow any organized religion.
I believe in God as the process of life. As the universe. I believe that life and the universe are continually expanding in consciousness. When we expand our consciousness, we change. Therefore I believe that God has also expanded and changed, along with us. Until eventually, the universe has to contract and go back into nothingness.

No. God is the same as He always was. You can't quantify God's behavior in human terms. God is the same God as when Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were alive. He is the same, from everlasting to everlasting.

I hope you are an earnest seeker of the truth.
God has not changed as previous answerers have said. This is true.
What has changed are people. People lose faith in God.
People deny His power, authority and His way of doing things.
They deny that God would ever speak again to us, His children(aka revelation and prophets.
They deny that God would ever send angels to minister to the Earth again.
They deny that God would allow people to perform miricals in the name of his only begotten son, Jesus Christ ever again.
They deny the wisperings of the Holy Ghost which confirms to the heart of all who are willing to accept Gods way of doing things that those things are real and true.
None of these things have changed!
God still calls prophets today whom He gives revelation directly to. He still speaks to men face to face as one man speaks to another as they have faith to do so( that is key - faith.)
For a long time, perhaps sixteen-hundred to seventeen-hundred years the world has been without the light of revelation and prophets and the Church that Jesus Christ established and the Priesthood Authority to act in the name of God. Historians like to call this the dark ages and it most certainly was.
People were left to wander in the dark as to who God was, what His Purposes were regarding us, what our purpose here is, our divine nature,
our relationship to God and His son, Jesus Christ. What the Holy Ghost.
People were left to the devices of men to translate over and over again the Holy scriptures(many things being changed or omitted) and to have these scriptures read to them, because they were forbidden to learn to read, by men whose motives and purposes for the masses remained unquestioned for centuries. To do so would mean death.
If people do their homework and don't turn a blind eye; they find out that the Holy Bible isn't infallable.
I am not here to tear it down but to declare to you that this is an incomplete book of scripture. It contains many of the truths people have used to live good, clean lives as best they can and to learn about our Savior, and his mission; but it is not enough.
People who say there cannot be any more bible do not understand God well enough to know that God truly is unchangable and his word continues unceasingly to pour from His mouth to His prophets just as in days of old to all of His prophets.
If you want to know more write to me.
