Did your vet do a blood workup? This should show something about liver function. Also, she will probably have to go to a specialty clinic for an ultrasound or other imaging. Do it please.

What does your Vet say about Treatment? Will this Buy her more time? And will it be Pain free for her? These are the Questions you need to ask yourself.
I, myself, would have her Put to sleep, if it is cancer, she will die a long slow Possibly Painful death. I couldn't do that to any animal.

I had a lassie dog and her stomach bloated once it turned out to be that her stomach had turned around due to gases in her stomach trace.. Have her tested for that by vet..
She could die if not taken care of immediately.

Is your dog an important part of your family? She obviously means SOMETHING to you, you took her to the vet! Ask the vet about your options
