I am in no way saying teachers don't care> I believe many do but I can't say the same for the system.

Unfortunately, not everyone has enough money for private schools. Also, if everyone went to a private school, it wouldn't be very private, would it? I don't feel that the school system cares more about my children's education than I do, but that's why I am here for them AFTER school, this is why I make time to attend parent/teacher conferences, this is why I voice any concerns that I have concerning my child's grades.
