Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Well on the weight loss. I know how you feel, I was that way just a month ago. To lose it so that it stays off you would want to lose it slowly. First off get a good work out plan and it is best to do it with a friend so that you have lots of support. That is what my best friend and I are doing. Both of us are on a diet.
There is a website of a magazine called self. It is excellent with telling you how to lose weight. We are following one of those plans that they came out with earlier this year. There are several that you can try or you can try each one until you come to the one that works for you. That is how we did.
Also get a work out plan and it doesn't have to be much. For example we walk on day and then another we go work out at the school gym. There is also this gym for ladies curves or ladies fitness. They are both excellent.
So it is just a matter of catering you diet to work for you. It has to work for you or you will stop within a month. So far I am a month and counting. I have lost 15 pounds and I love it.

Email me if you need support. I know how it is if you want to do it and have no support.

Hi,
I have a similar problem I'm 4'11 and i'm about 25 pounds over weight ( thats what happens when u have kids!!) I have never been this big. I was 105 before preg. What I've been doing is the 3 hour diet. ( look it up ) it really works. I also do Tae-Bo and the Core Secrets( with the big ball ). It has helped alot. Try these and see what you think. You'll feel better also when u start the 3 hour diet. ALWAYS REMEMBER........you need to burn more calories than you take in.

You don't say your age or how much you want to lost, but I do recommend Weight Watchers. This food plan has been around a long time and it works.

It is not fast, but then you did not gain weight fast. It is healty and sustainable as a life eating plan. You can eat everything on this plan, there are no forbidden food. They key is the amount of eating.

Next. exercise. You need to get aerobic exercize several times a week to burn calories quickly and then you need to build muscle (weight lift). Muscles burns more calories then fat and you will burn more calories even if you weight the same when you have more muscle mass so just by building muscle, if you eat the same you will lose weight. It will be slow, but it will happen.

Join Weight Watchers

Unlike a lot of other "diets" or "plans" that use expensive herbal supplements or pre-packaged foods Weight Watchers let's you learn how to manage your food choices every day with regular foods that you already eat. It will come off slow but it will stay off if you realize that you have to change your eating habits for LIFE not just for a few weeks.

Since you've realized what you're doing wrong and want to sincerely right it, you're already half way there!

The first thing you need to do is start drinking a lot of water, whenever you feel like eating! Drinking water kills your appetite and flushes out all the poisons that accumulate in your body. Make it a minimum of 2 gallons of water that you drink, in installments, every day!

Now, get off that growing tush and jog! Do aerobics! Walk to work! Walk to the supermarket! Dang, walk everywhere!

And do your housework! Burn those calories!

Now, hit the floor and give me twenty!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/carbohydrates.html

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.

Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter. An excellent free online resource is at http://www.exrx.net/

A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com

Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Send me an email or yahoo instant message to "gainbetterhealth" if you want an indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have any questions.

i'm 5 feet two inches tall, too. i weighed 52kg 5 months ago. i'm lighter now by 4 kgs. i have cookies in the morning, a full meal at noon and a glass of milk in the evening. the only exercise i get is biking around town when i have some errands to do. whenever i get hungry, i'd nibble on crackers or cookies. eventually, my body got used to what i was feeding it and now i look and feel great.
