Especially when someone is obviously in pain or asking something about a troubled, disabled child? What is wrong with people?? How can they be so cold and rude as to say really ugly things to a rape victim???
If you are one of those who feels you must say something mean, rude, or ugly, please DON'T! If you have no heart, please go elsewhere.

I salute you Captain what's your name. bottom line, people get ballsy with all this anonymity here on the web. couple that with not being able to send or receive emails, they pretty much can act like 400 pd gorillas and get away with it. these are probably the people picked last for kickball, beaten up too many times to count, mother didn't hg them enough and daddy tried to beat some manilness into him etc. they're lonely, and in DESPERATE need of attention whether good or bad. in this case it just happens to be negative. call them what you want or do what you will but they'll never go away. they'll always be here and hard as it may seem, just ignore them otherwise they'll continue with their behavior. I think it's simply putting someone down lower than they are in order to make their life seem less crappyy and useless. sad though really. unless they started listing everyones home address and telephone number on here, don't think it'll ever stop either. be the bigger person and let them be. they'll get whats coming to them eventually.

I personally have never had any crappy, non- serious answers. Maybe because I ask real questions.
However, it totally disappoints me that people are so shallow, insecure, hate the world, or are just so greedy for points that they will answer a question with a yes/no or sarcastic answer.
Again, I know that we will have that, but I love the concept of Answers. I have gained some valuable insight here. My boyfriend refuses to participate because he is afraid he'd want to rudely confront some of these people that give such rude, sarcastic, unknowledgable, uncaring answers to people's real questions. It just really pisses us off.
I don't care so much about the points, I like to give and recieve real answers to real questions.

Honestly. What do you expect from some of the ppl on this board? The ppl who register on this site are not given a niceness check or something, there are some really rude ppl here, thats what you have to expect when your coming to a site that has proabably hundreds of thousands of ppl from all over the place. This place has alot of ppl not just nice ppl. Thats how life is sometimes ppl are gonna be rude. It sucks but thats the way it is. Its no big deal, get over it, or just dont come here. But remember ppl are rude wherever u go not just here.

No. what's feeble countless the time is what passes off as "good judgment" by an tremendous quantity on each and each area. If there became a survey taken heavily and with reference to reality and a perfect interest of the consequences for violating it with entire impunity as such countless in right here do on an time-honored foundation, the kind of formal and casual fallacies on my own dedicated in this section would warrant shutting it down perpetually.

My sympathy goes out to you. I try never to give crappy answers to anyone. I try to be sure my sources of information are correct, and if you have a problem and some of those people out there, who shouldn't be on here have given you a hard time, you have my sympathy and prayers. I don't know who you are, but the Lord will when I pray for you tonight.

When someone makes a rude comment, ask them "What would make you say something like that." Or "Why are you being so rude. This really isn't what I expected from you." Many times this puts the persons behavior into perspective for them and they end up apologizing.

Sometimes, it's just because they are mean and hateful. Usually the are the people without feelings. Sometimes, they just need some prayer. I'm speaking of the people that just want to be a jerk in their answers.
They have the to option to move on to the next question and choose not too. (It's a shame too)...Since no one knows them here, they think it's okay to just be who they really are...a jerk. (Male and female alike). There are no excuses.

This is what is wrong with the site..but because of free speech and the insurmountable inability to look at each question and answer you have to ignore those immature people who find pleasure in insulting and swearing and asking immature questions..the best way to go past this is to ignore them and not answer their questions and ignore those who have no sense or maturity...I truly understand how you feel...

Have you ever noticed that some of the questions are made up by kids that have nothing better to do with their time? You can't really believe that all of the "questions" asked on this site are TRUE. If you are that gullible, I have some swampland in Florida I'd love to sell you!

Thank you! This has been my problem with yahoo answers since I started on here.....if people aren't going to take this forum seriously, or at least the serious questions seriously, then they should find something else to partake in.
