If you had drinken 4 drinks and had some carbs in you like bread to soak it up, your BAC wouldn't be as high.

It all depends though on how tall you are, your weight, etc.

Thats a myth that has been proven wrong a LOT.

Its BLOOD Alcohol Level for a reason, eating food won't reduce the amount of alcohol going into your blood stream.

Yes. Your blood alcohol content will be higher on an empty stomach. That's why you feel more drunk on an empty stomach with less alcohol.
