Well... for a girl. It depends on if you're mentally ready for sex. If you really want it... it won't be a lot of pain. But it won't be pain free.

plus, you dont really lose your virginity if ur having sex with the same sex! to lose ur virginity u have to be a guy having sex with a girl or a girl having sex with a guy.
